If you have been affected by Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and don't know where to turn, Burning Nights CRPS Support is here for you. Whether you are a patient, relative, partner, carer or friend and whatever you’re going through, talking it through can help and it’s important you know you’re not alone.
Our Live Chat Support service is run by volunteers who have been diagnosed with CRPS or who care for someone with the condition and may therefore be able to provide you with information about how their condition affects them. This is for information purposes only and is not a recommendation.
Please note: We cannot provide medical advice, legal advice, nor advice about benefits.
Through this free and confidential service, we are able to provide evidence-based information on various topics including, but not limited to, living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), seeking medical support, treatments, CRPS specialists and hospitals providing CRPS specialist care, as well as how the condition can impact those around CRPS patients.
Open Monday-Friday 11am-6pm and Saturday 12pm-4pm (UK Time). Excludes Bank Holidays.
Please note that our Live Chat Support service is not 24 hours as it is manned by volunteers who are not always available. If we are unable to answer your chat, there are other ways to contact us. You can send us an email with your query and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you would prefer to talk to someone over the phone, you can call our Support Helpline on 01663 795055.
If you are in need of urgent help outside of the above hours we strongly recommend you contact the Samaritans UK on 116 123.
To access this free and confidential service, click on the 'speech bubble' in the corner of your screen (only visible when Live Chat is available). Input your name and email address, then wait for an available volunteer to answer you message.
Please note: At the moment we are supporting more people than ever through this challenging time and taking more live chats than usual. This might mean there is a delay when you get in touch with us, but we will always try to answer every message to the best of our ability.
