Join our mindful art sessions with Zentangle!

The Zentangle Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It uses simple tools and basic strokes to encourage flow, generate positive energy and help calm the mind.

No previous experience or artistic training required, just the resources listed below! Sessions will be very relaxed, and you'll be welcome to take breaks as often as you'd like.

What You'll NeedImage on a blank Zentangle card square, with a small pencil and a tortillon positioned above the card square and a pen positioned down the right-hand-side of the card square. The letters CZT appear above the card square, below the pencil and tortillon.

  • White card/thick paper 3.5 inches square or sketchbook
  • Fine liner black ink pen
  • HB or 2B graphite pencil
  • Paper stump/tortillon or cotton bud

What To Expect

Zentangle sessions are with Dawn Hayward CZT (Certified Zentangle Teacher) and will last approximately 2 hours. Sessions will be very relaxed and participants are welcome to take breaks as often as they'd like.
