We’re here to support you when you have questions or just need a chat, whether you’re a patient, relative, partner or carer. We can also provide support and information resources to health and legal professionals who have patients and clients living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
Call us on 01663 795055 to speak to a member of the team.
We are able to provide evidence-based information on various topics including, but not limited to, living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), seeking medical support, treatments, CRPS specialists and hospitals providing CRPS specialist care, as well as how the condition can impact those around CRPS patients.
Please note: We cannot provide medical advice, legal advice, nor advice about benefits.
The CRPS Support Helpline is staffed by our dedicated volunteers, most of whom live with CRPS themselves and may therefore be able to provide you with information about how their condition affects them. This is for information purposes only and is not a recommendation.
Open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm (UK Time). Excludes Bank Holidays.
Please note that our phone number/helpline is not 24 hours as it is manned by volunteers who are not always available. If we are unable to answer your call, there is a voicemail service where you can leave a message with your name and contact number and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If you do not leave a message with these details, we will not be able to return your call.
If you are in need of urgent help outside of the above hours we strongly recommend you contact the Samaritans UK on 116 123.
All calls made to the CRPS Support Helpline are confidential between you and Burning Nights CRPS Support. We will not share information with third parties, except in specific situations where we are required to do so by law or if there is deemed to be potential risk of harm to you or others.
We may use your data internally to review and improve our services. You do not need to disclose any personal data if you do not wish to.
For further information, please see our Policies.
