Volunteering

Volunteering Information

Being a volunteer with Burning Nights CRPS Support is an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Volunteering is an opportunity to learn and develop new skills, meet new people, and help those affected by Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.

Becoming A Volunteer

Find out more about our Volunteer Opportunities and explore the volunteer experience by visiting the Volunteer With Us page. After applying through either a volunteer recruitment platform, such as Charity Job or Reach Volunteering, or by submitting a application form, successful applicants will be invited for an informal interview. This will be a chance to learn more about the charity, the role and to find out more about you.

If the role is a good fit for you then, after the interview, you will be invited to join our Volunteer Team and given more information about the onboarding process and the duties of your new role.

We request a minimum commitment of six months from those wishing to join our Volunteer Team, but we would love for volunteers to stay with us for much longer, and many do. Most roles entail a minimum of 2 hours per week, although some may require more, as specified in the role description. Please bear this in mind when considering which role will suit you best.

All volunteers must be 18 years of age and over. We welcome applications from countries outside the UK, but please note that fewer roles may be open to you due to insurance and other legal restrictions.
